Meet Colin-
My name is Colin Boone, and I am a flight instructor from Southern California. I have been infatuated with aviation since I was 11 years old, and I’ve had my mind set on making a career out of it ever since. My first job out of high school was a Line Service position at ACIJET in Southern California, which introduced me to the world of business aviation. I moved to Arizona in the fall of 2021 to attend Arizona State University, and I graduated with a B.S. in Aeronautical Management Technologies in December of 2023. Since moving to Arizona, I have obtained my Commercial Pilot Certificate, become a CFI, and most recently obtained my CFII in late 2023.
Colin Boone | Flight Instructor Since February of last year, I have accrued a mere 500 hours of instruction given, and I have decided to become a career flight instructor. As a flight student, I commonly found modern flight instruction to be lacking in quality, and I am determined to do my part in fixing that. It brings me great pride knowing my students contribute to good ADM and Aviation Safety as a whole. To have a further impact, I recently started a social media page to provide free flight instruction content and mentoring for student pilots.

Meet Natalie-
Natalie “flyGIRL” Kelley is a mom and business owner. She is the founder and CEO of flyGIRL, LLC and the non-profit, Fly Foundation, Inc. She is a multi-engine commercially-rated pilot, CFI, and contract pilot in three separate Citation jet aircraft. Her experience outside of the cockpit includes that as a published contributing writer, podcaster, coach, YouTuber, and personal blogger. She created the flyGIRL logo and brand seven years ago, which offers clothing, as well as other personal items. flyGIRL provides aviation exposure, knowledge, and uses the product sale proceeds to fund flight training scholarships each year. To date, over a seven year period, her one-woman operation has successfully awarded over $30,000 in scholarships. She enjoys showing all that women can do, including but not limited to aviation, through her social media channels, @flygirlkelley.
